Consent to the use of cookies

The cookies policy on this website is governed by the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 (pursuant to the text in force since 1st January 2012).

By using our website, you agree to the use of cookies contained therein, pursuant to our Privacy Policy related to such files also. If you do not agree to their use, you have two possibilities:

  • adjust your browser’s setting in such a way that cookies are blocked and not stored;
  • or immediately leave our website.

What are cookies?

Cookies are files in the form of short text information which are created on websites during your visit. These files store information on browsing, i.e. website settings or data of a personal profile, e.g. information on:

  • clicking a link;
  • login;
  • reading individual contents on the website
  • using scripts such as facebook, youtube, google maps.

There are different types of cookies

The first division includes:

1. Own files – stored by the pages in the domain which appears in the address bar.

2. Files coming from other domains, e.g. belonging to third parties whose task is to display different functionalities in a certain manner (e.g. facebook, google, youtube).

The second division includes:

1. Session files, deleted from your browser’s memory upon leaving our website.

2. Fixed files, stored in you browser’s memory for as long as they exist on the given website; deleted from your browser manually with the use of the cookie clearing function in your browser.

Thanks to cookies, the website continuously „learns” your habits – “remembers you” – and displays itself in the best way for your needs.

Why we use cookies?

The aim is simple – the use of cookies on our website helps us to adjust it to your needs.

We use them, among others, to:

  • check which pages you use most often to improve their performance by optimization;
  • determine the time you spend on the given page in order to check the value of the content thereon;
  • determine your preferences for text size, font type and other configuration settings;
  • handle forms, i.e. to gather the information provided by you, to which you personally agreed, in order to use them to establish a single contact with you;
  • display videos through youtube or maps from Google Maps in your browser in an optimal manner;
  • display animations in Adobe Flash;
  • facilitate the use of the social networking features of Facebook.

Information on the types of files used on our website:

Name of cookies group Description of functions   Dependency on personal data
Necessary This is a group of cookies necessary for the proper functioning of our website. They allow both proper navigation through each of its sub-pages and using the elements contained therein. These files cause the previous actions to be stored, e.g. they store the form data despite reloading the page.   Necessary cookies do not identify you personally. However, failure to accept them may cause improper functioning of the entire sub-page or some of its elements.
Efficient This group of cookies is of analytical importance. Thanks to them, we are able to check the user trends on our website as a base for their optimization in terms of performance. These files provide us with information on, for example, the user’s focus in the given area of the sub-page, his time spent thereon or the error messages that occurred during his visit.   Cookies responsible for efficiency only gather data anonymously.
Functional Functional cookies allow for your actions to be stored on the sub-pages of our website. This relates, for example, to the automatic choice of your region and language. In this way, the pages adjust to your user profile. In addition, functional files enable you to play video materials and animations, using social networking functions and contact forms.   Functional cookies gather the user’s data only to the extent allowed thereby. This means that by completing, for example, a contact form, you allow for a single contact with our website. Any data left with us will be used for our own purposes only, i.e. it will not be shared or used for purposes other than those specified for the contract form. Disabling these cookies may cause restrictions in using individual functions of the page.
„Advertising” This type of cookies allows for checking the effectiveness of individual advertising campaigns appearing on the pages of our website, as well as for storing your visits on each of them. The information gathered this way are of statistical nature and may be shared with third parties, e.g. other websites’ administrators, advertisers or advertising agencies.   The majority of „advertising” cookies allow for our website’s recipients to be identified based on the IP address. It is then possible to gather part of their personal data. Below the chart there is a description on which data can be gathered in particular and how.

Functioning of cookies from third parties

Since we use the services of external providers - the so -called third parties - they have the possibility to place their cookies on our behalf on the pages of this website. The use of external files is necessary for the provision of services by these providers. This means that during the use of individual pages of our website, your browser may gather cookies coming from the websites or domain of third parties. In practice, we recognize such files before they are used, so you can decide on their activity yourself (enabling or disabling). Additional details on cookies from third parties can be found on their websites.

Examples of using cookies from third parties

  • These files may function on the websites containing videos shared on youtube, maps from Google Maps, statistics from Google Analytics located in the page code or the functionality to use Facebook incorporated in the website. Potentially, each video, statistics code, functionality or other content provided through the external provider contains cookies of the so-called independent companies. The rules for the use thereof are specified in a separate privacy policy published on the websites of such independent companies.
  • We use Google Analytics to gather information on the trends of the users visiting the pages our website, in order to adjust them to the requirements and preferences of the visitors. In this way, we gain information on which pages were visited, how much time did the user spent thereon, how did he enter and where did he go next. Cookies from Google Analytics do not gather personal data, including: name, last name, mailing address, etc. More information on the Google privacy policy can be found at:

Examples of cookies from Google Analytics:

  • _utma file content: This file is stored in the browser during the first visit on the given website. In case when it is deleted from the browser and the user enters the same page again, a new _utma cookie will be stored with the new ID. The purpose of the file is to identify new users of the given page. _utma files are refreshed with each unique entrance and have separate IDs. In this way, Google Analytics follows the safety regulations. The file expires automatically after 2 years.
  • _utmb file content: This file is continuously updated by Google Analytics. It was created to describe the sessions of the users of individual pages. Failure to find this cookie causes it to be stored as a new session of the page. After the user visits a new page, the file is updated. It expires 30 minutes after leaving the page.
  • _utmc file content: This file defines the given sessions and determines whether it can be stored as new for the given user. The file expires when the user leaves the page.
  • _utmz file content: This file is used to calculate the frequency and manner of entering the given pages of the website, e.g. directly or through a reference link. At the same time, it also determines which type of browser was used by the visitor. It is updated with each visit on the page. The file expires after 6 months.
