Production base

Our technological line is composed of several dozens machines located in several separate halls, in which we conduct various types of material processing. We have advanced manufacturing equipment at our disposal, enabling us to manufacture advertising stands and display racks from a wide range of metals, plastics, composite, as well as natural materials. In total are team together with quality control employees comprises of 180 persons highly specialised in specific fields of production.

Manufacturing for 24/7

We work in a three-shift system. It enables us to have a large volume of specialists employed in our Company. Therefore we eliminate the element of fatigue at the workplace. This way we may execute several simultaneous orders in a short period of time with preservation of the same high quality. It also applies to production batches calculated in thousands of pieces.

Quality control

At our Factory premises we have our own department of Factory Production Control, responsible for internal technical verification of our products. Its task is also to keep a separate documentation, in which we systematically record all the operational principles and procedures, conforming to our quality policy.

Thanks to effective technical supervision we have high production capacity and efficiency in achieving required features of all our products, pursuant to their technical specification.

Within the scope of long-term quality policy of our Company we also implemented procedures and system solutions conforming to the European safety standards of use, protection of human health and natural environment, which allow us for designating some of our products with CE marking.

Examples of material processing used in our Factory

Laser cutting of metal

Laser cutting is cutting of any shapes by hot laser beam in combination with technical gas. Advantage of such a processing method is high final quality of finished components. The surface after cutting is perfectly smooth and does not require any additional finish. Technological process is automated and fast.

This method is used for processing of structural steel, stainless steel and aluminium. Cutting performance depends on material thickness.

We execute cutting on two machine types:

  • SG 510 MkII 2,5kW;
  • HG 510 MkII 4,0kW.

Wire bending

Processing consists in shaping the wire to proper inclination angle by bending in three planes. We use this method for manufacturing of structural components of advertising stands and display racks. We bend wires made of carbon steel with thickness from 2 up to 10 mm. The process is performed automatically. The processing speed depends on the degree of complexity of the final shape of the wire. Our machines operate with capacity of several hundred components per man-hour.

We have got two wire bending machines:

  • Robomac 310;
  • CEB 106.

Powder coating

All the metal structural components of our displays are painted by means of powder coating method. In this way we secure them against mechanical damage or harmful effects of rust or chemicals. Therefore our products are effective during multiannual operation, maintaining their mechanical durability and aesthetic appearance.

Before processing each component is cleaned and chemically degreased. Then powder coating is applied on the surface, which maintains thanks to electrostatic forces. At the last stage of painting we heat the paint to a proper temperature, preserving the final effect.

Our powder coating plant conforms to the highest European standards within the scope of environmental protection.

Large format prints

We print by means of UV method with the use of ink cured on a surface by laser beam for illumination. This technique is characterised by the highest quality of printouts and resistance to external factors. Graphics executed in such a manner do not fade and maintain their properties for many years.

We also make large print formats by means of solvent method. For the purpose of such applications we use inks based on organic solvents resistant to ultraviolet radiation. In this technique printed surfaces do not require any additional protection layers, and their effect is durable within a long period of time.

We make prints on plastics, textile materials (canvas), wood and metals.

Our technological park is equipped in two machines:

  • OCE Arizona 360 GT –UV print, maximum print area – 1.25m x 2.5m, maximum of the component, on which print is performed - 48 mm;
  • MIMAKI CJV30 130 – printing and cutting plotter, solvent printing with maximum width up to 1361 mm.

CNC milling

Such a processing enables to cut various shapes and surface texturing to surfaces made of plastics and wood. The processing is performed with the use of a special machine equipped with multifunctional working head.

We have a professional CNC milling machine manufactured by KIMLA.

Tube bending

We perform bending of extrusions as well as closed profiles as in various sizes and diameters. Components subjected to processing are used in structures of our advertising stands and display racks.

We have got three profile bending machines - two machines with spindles and one roller machine.

Sheet bending

During manufacture of advertising stands and display racks we make use of sheet bending and rolling.

We process materials with the following parameters:

  • maximum thickness 6 mm for maximum acceptable bending length;
  • maximum bending length: 3050 mm;
  • maximum pressure: 175 tonnes;
  • maximum tool’s stroke 265 mm.

We have two machines at our disposal:

  • Rolling machine
  • maximum rolling length: 2050 mm;
  • roll diameter: 110 mm;
  • maximum sheet thickness on the entire rolling length: 2 mm;
  • other sheet thickness up to 4 mm, depending on the rolling length.

Bending machine

  • maximum sheet thickness: 0.5-2 mm;
  • maximum bending length: 2050 mm;
  • maximum table length: 1600 mm.
